About homecoming somatics
I started Homecoming Somatics after years of achieving, striving, and still feeling disconnected from myself.
I wasn’t unmotivated ;
I was cut off from what my body had been trying to say.
Today, I help high-functioning, emotionally exhausted people rebuild trust with their nervous system, set cleaner boundaries, and come back to themselves through somatic coaching and breath-led work.
This isn’t about fixing you.
